The property is situated in a quite, residential area of the town close to Bridlington's South Beach.

The Spa Theatre Complex is a large venue that hosts a variety of entertainment events throughout the year. Bridlington is also a good base for visiting nearby RSPB Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve, Flamborough Head, & historic Sewerby Hall.
