Privately owned 17th Century Georgian Country home set in mature private ground overlooking the River Yeo and countryside surrounds. Only 2 miles from Bideford Quay Harbour and a further 3 miles to the golden sandy beaches of Instow and Westward Ho. The old fishing harbors of Appledore, Clovelly and Hartland Quay all nearby.
Owner and manager of Summerhall House, lovingly and self restored back to its original character and beauty.
Summerhall House is set within its own private and mature landscaped gardens overlooking the River Yeo being only a short walk of 200 meters where canoes, fishing, boating and riverside walks can be found. This leading onto the River Torridge famed for Tarka The Otter.
