Sun Beach House is a spectacular house by the edge of the sea located on the West Sussex Coast easily accessible to the home counties. The historic town of Arundel is only 10 minutes drive and the cultural centre of Chichester is only 20 mins away. The sporting estate of Goodwood is also nearby, offering horse racing, and the highly popular Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival events. A house for all seasons, fresh in the spring, luxurious in the summer, wild in autumn and cosy in winter.

Sun Beach House is in the village of Middleton on sea with pubs, shops etc There are many local attractions Arundel, Chichester , Goodwood , Southdown way...... Barnham station 80 mins to London by train is a short taxi ride away
