This terraced Holiday Home is located in Hemsby, Norfolk and can sleep upto 7 (4 ad + 3 ch) people in two bedrooms. Chalet 291 is a terraced chalet situated on the Premier Site - Sundowner Holiday Park in Hembsy, Norfolk. It has two bedrooms; a double and a treble, with a bathroom including a bath with shower over, a basin and WC. There is an open-plan living space comprising of a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area (includes double sofa-bed). There are several USB charging point thoughout the home. All rooms have large screen TV's, with DVD and HDMI connections available. There is off-road parking for several cars available, and an enclosed lawned areas outside for guests' use (Infront for chilling, behind for games) A kids play area / park is next to our chalet group. Our Holiday Home is a well-placed property for you to enjoy the seaside and get the most out of the gorgeous Norfolk coastline. Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, Smart TV's. coin meter. Sorry no pets or smoking. There is an Indoor heated pool (subject to availability and additional cost) in nearby Scratby, Shops, takeaways, family pub (Sports), "free" entry family entertainment club's and the beach, all within close walking distance. PLEASE NOTE, NO PETS ALLOWED. PLEASE NOTE, BED LINEN IS SUPPLIED AND ALL BEDS MADE UP FOR YOUR ARRIVAL. PLEASE NOTE, A DAMAGE/EXCESS CLEAN BOND IS REQUIRED AND RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS IF NO DAMAGE, BREAKAGES AND THE CHALET IS LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY. THIS IS PAID DIRECTLY TO THE OWNERS PROIR TO RELEASE OF KEYS.

We have owned and rented our stunning Holiday Home for 6 years. We are contactable for emergencies 24/7. We send out a welcome information pack to all our guests.
