Welcome to Sunny Cove Holiday Let. Entire residential 2 bedroom holiday home situated a short distance from of the city centre. Free parking for multiple vehicles with access to the EV type 2 charging point. Office space is provided for working remotely. Private garden to the rear of the property with gym equipment, garden furniture and BBQ available.

Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, close community. Cove bay is a hidden gem with beautiful coastal walks within walking distance of the property. Amenities available nearby with great access to the city centre. Bus 3 and 3A run by First Aberdeen. Both stop on Cove Rd, 2 min walk to the bus stop from the house. Stagecoach also stops on Cove Rd and run to Portlethen, Newtonhill and Stonehaven. Also close by you will find a local Sainbury's, Co-op, Post office, Burger King, Shell garage, Tesla Centre, Starbucks, PureGym, IKEA, Royal Mail Depot and Aldi.
