Set to the north side of historic Bognor Regis it provides easy access to bus and train routes, with the famous beach front and Butlins about 4 mins drive away. It is also local for the Chichester University Bognor Campus sites and Butlins, whilst Chichester town centre is about 15 mins easy drive north on the A259
