Set over three floors, having three very spacious bedrooms (one with reduced head height), three en-suites and a further downstairs W/C provide excellent private space. The ground floor offers a large open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area which is ideal for socialising. There is one allocated parking space to the front and further on street parking if required. We are Pet Friendly! Please contact us directly for confirmation of the small charge. Hansas Place is located equidistant from the A49 and Shrewsbury town centre, being about a mile from each. It is conveniently placed for Shrewsbury Town Training Ground, Shrewsbury Sports Village, the Battlefield Enterprise park and the Hencote Estate. With a Tesco Express and Morrisons supermarket within a few minutes walk and located on the bus route.
