Our holiday cottages at Cranmer are situated on our farm in a countryside location close to the north Norfolk coast. We are just 10 miles away from the wonderful sandy beaches at Holkham Bay & Wells-next-the-sea. Each of our four-star cottages are well-equipped and designed with families in mind. Our site boasts a luxury indoor heated pool, 2 all-weather tennis courts, games room with toddler play space and plenty of safe outdoor space where children can run off energy and make friends at the Wendy house or the miniature shepherds hut. The cottages are a group single story converted barns inn the grounds of our home they offer large bright open plan living spaces with original beamed ceilings and comfortably furnished with a nod to Scandi style. Several properties have additional wood burning stoves for cosy winter weekends with a little Hygge thrown in. Most properties have a private fenced garden area with a barbecue and garden furniture overlooking the extended grassy recreation space where guest can meet and children can play until dusk. Our place has a peaceful laid-back vibe, free WiFi and fibre broadband mean that if you have to combine business with pleasure you can still work from home. North Norfolk is a great destination for all ages and at all times of the year. Norfolk is renowned for its 45 miles of spectacular coastline, fantastic wildlife, miles of glorious beach, seaside communities beautiful open countryside and picturesque market towns and villages. You will be spoilt for choice for things to see and do in the local area. The city of Norwich is just 29 miles from Cranmer and less than an hour away, there you will find an array of galleries, theatres, restaurants, a castle, a stunning cathedral and of course shops. A spacious single story family friendly cottage and part of a cluster of converted barns close to the north Norfolk coast. Swallow is well-equipped, bright, airy and a short nip from the pool. The open plan living space looks out over the private fenced garden, play areas and farmland. Outdoors there’s a barbeque and garden furniture for summer catering, and indoors a wood burning stove for cosy winter breaks.

The tiny hamlet of Cranmer is surrounded by idyllic rolling farmland and is situated within 12 miles of the stunning Norfolk Heritage Coast, and the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The local market town of Fakenham, often referred to as the gateway to north Norfolk is less than 5 miles away. The area is quick and easy to get to from the major routes whilst still being in a peaceful location just off the beaten track. Access to the A148 and the A1065 is within 2 miles, connecting with the M11 to Cambridge and London for a journey that should take less than 3 hours, or with the A148 and A52 for Nottingham, for a journey within 2 1/2 hours. Fakenham comes alive on Thursday market day and has all the services a family should need including, banks, doctors surgery Tesco Morrisons Lidl & Aldi.
