Swn y Mor is a detached bungalow which has been totally refurbished and renewed to a very high standard in 2016.
The property boasts 2 bedrooms with quality double beds and wardrobes, the bathroom features a walk in power shower and toilet and sink, the kitchen has in built electric oven and hob, a inbuilt fridge freezer a integrated dishwasher and a brand new gas boiler to power the heating and water. There is no washing machine though.
The lounge has a Smart TV with 2 and 3 seater leather sofas, the attached dining area has a table and 4 chairs.
Outside the property has a drive for you to park safely, the rear garden has a 16 x 8 summer house with a rattan suite . The garden is south facing and very private and a real sun trap. There a sun loungers and a table and chairs in the garden.
Dogs are welcome without extra charge and the garden is totally enclosed and secure for your dog without any worry. The beach opposite is also dog friendly all year.
The location is literally across the road to Frith Beach which is one of the best and cleanest beaches in the UK. It is a blue flag beach meaning it is exceptionally clean.
My name is Marianne and Swn y Mor is my fourth holiday property. I started letting holiday properties in 2012 and have met some wonderful people. I like to try to provide a holiday home which is good enough for what i would want if i was staying. Swn y Mor has been refurbished to a high standard and i hope you will enjoy it
The location is literally across the road to Frith Beach which is one of the best and cleanest beaches in the UK.
A couple of minutes walk away is a Sizzler pub eatery, a fab chip shop, a indian chinese takeaway, a general store and a bargain booze.
Across the road is The North wales indoor bowling centre and The Frith entertainment complex.
Prestatyn town which is about a mile away boasts a brand new shopping retail park with a thriving high street with numerous pubs and eaterys.
Prestatyn is at the start of The Clwydian range of mountains which provide a large number of attractions to enjoy and a short drive from the victorian resort of Llandudno and Snowdon mountain range a little further down the coast
