Newly refurbished peacefull private apartment located in the idyllic village of St lawrence benefitting from our unique microclimate. Private off street parking, very quiet private road,short woodland walk to Binnel Bay or Woody Bay great for adventurous snorkeling,alternatively walk along the undercliffe on top of the cliff to Niton for a selection of cosy country pubs. Interesting wildlife including Badgers ,red squirrels, lizards ,buzzards ,kestrels and much more. Village post office and store 5 min walk. Any person who is not booked into the property please ask the hosts permissions first. Thank you
Love Walking ,swimming ,motorbikes,cars,socialising..even gardening .
Very quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours..lots of trees and unusual plants growing all around .
