Talacre is a charming, quirky Grade II listed duplex apartment within Ty Criccieth and is the perfect beachside holiday home, just yards from the beach, bay and mountains. An upside down home, amazing sea views over Cardigan Bay can be enjoyed from both the bedroom windows on the first floor and the lounge window on the second floor; the views take your breath away. This exceptionally spacious apartment is the perfect base for the Snowdonia National Park and the Llyn Peninsula.
I absolutely love hosting guests and do my best to make sure you all have a fabulous stay in this amazing church conversion. Contact is available by mobile in emergencies. I have a housekeeper and maintenance available locally.
Criccieth has a wide selection of restaurants, pubs and shops and these are all within walking distance. The town of Criccieth is located between Pwhelli and Porthmadog. The beach is a 2 minute walk and as you approach the beach its a sight to behold - the fresh sea air is energising! A sandy beach and a magnificent ancient 13th century castle perched on a rocky headland are all within walking distance. Free parking available at site. Criccieth Beach is just a very short walk as is Criccieth Castle. A short car drive will take you to Snowdonia National Park, Festiniog Railway, Portmeirion Village and Black Rock Sands. There is also a train station in Criccieth that can take you to numerous places on the Llyn Peninsula, including Barmouth and Harlech. Porthmadog 5 miles; Portmeirion 8 miles; Pwllheli 8 miles; Abersoch 15 miles.
