Property information

Tan Y Bryn Ganol is a beautiful barn conversion with stunning views over Snowdonia, the Irish Sea & The Vale of Clwyd. Set on a hillside only 5-10 minutes drive from the nearest high street, the property has the benefit of feeling remote whilst still having your every day amenities within distance. There's also a rustic country pub only 10 minutes walk away! The ground floor consists of a large hallway/dining room, to your left is the living room with a corner sofa, smart tv, giant bean bag chair & french doors opening up onto your terrace with panoramic views. The generously sized kitchen is across the hallway and is fully equipped for your stay complete with eco-friendly consumables. Upstairs you have a cosy library landing area, the family bathroom with eco-friendly toiletries supplied and two large bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and the second has twin beds which convert into a large double upon request.

Neighbourhood information

Situated close to the village of Cwm, the cottage is conveniently located for walking along The Offa's Dyke path or setting up a base for trips to Snowdonia, as well as being a short drive from the beach. We have off street parking for 2 cars outside the property for your convenience. The Blue Lion Inn - 10 minutes walk away Dyserth High St - 5 minutes drive - Frankies farm shop, various takeaways, Spar/Post Office, butchers, pharmacy, hairdressers & a beauty salon Rhuddlan High St - 10 minutes drive - Various cafes/restaurants (including Vegan cafe), Pubs, Spar/Post Office, cheesemonger, florist, antique shop, hairdressers/barbers & a pharmacy Prestatyn & Rhyl town centres and the beaches are also just a short drive away Llandudno - 30 minutes drive Snowdonia - 45 minutes drive Chester - 45 minutes drive
