Tarrel Farmhouse is a 4-guestroom, grade B listed, property which offers a peaceful getaway stay. Enjoy the views across the countryside, looking out to the sea and mountains from our walled garden, in-house bar area or even from the comfort of your bedroom. We are away from busy roads and traffic noise, with minimal light pollution for starry evenings and the northern lights.

Located 3 miles from the seaside village of Portmahomack, and 10 minutes from Scotland's oldest brough, Tain. We are off the beaten track which provides a peaceful and idyllic setting, without being too far from required amenities. Walk down to the beach, through the forest, and enjoy coastal views with minimal people around. It's a great place to spot deer, hare and birds of prey.
