North West of Durham a stone throw from the city centre, this country property has a large driveway with further on street parking available. You walk into a contemporary home benefitting from modern lounge/dining area complete with smart TV with access to all your favourite shows and Netflix in every bedroom and the living area. Unlimited high-speed internet access is provided for your stay. The place is fully furnished to the highest standard, the kitchen is equipped with hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils for all your needs. Within the house you will find two big and stylish bedrooms with two singles that can be pushed together to make a superking, and a further single room. All rooms are complete with premium mattresses for a relaxing night sleep. The rooms have bedside tables, storage, and large windows that fill the rooms with natural light. The bathroom is spacious in a contemporary style hosting a mirror, a sink, bath, shower and a toilet. There is also a further separate toilet. Quality linen towels as well as toiletries will leave you relaxed and ready to tackle any day. Guest access: The property is a two-storey semi-detached house with a large private driveway and further on-street parking for your stay. Guests also have use of the outdoor garden.
