Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with lawn, terrace, and furniture, and private driveway parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, a river in 0.1 miles, and a lake in 1.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. The village of Horning is perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk Broads. Set on the River Bure, the village stretches a mile along the banks and enjoys a number of waterside properties, pubs, shops, restaurants and a popular tea room. For a fun trip out you can enjoy a double-decked paddle-steamer, a purpose built boat for the Broads, which can even be privately hired for up to 100 people. The boat also has the benefit of a bar and occasionally a live jazz on board! Horning also enjoys a summer fete, regular sailing races and many other events especially throughout the summer. A lovely location for the Broads and beyond.
