Clean and comfortable accommodation to use as a base to explore the Rame Peninsula and beyond. You enter the Annex private garden with terrace by a wooden gate, a follow the path a short way to the entrance porch. The property has a lower level with a cupboard/worktop unit comprising of storage cupboards and a sink, a two seater sofa and side table. There is a kettle, toaster, basic cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs provided. Walk up a small set of stairs to the double bedroom and en-suite. This property is not suitable for remote working.
I have been letting the Annex for 5+ years and enjoy providing a clean and comfortable base to explore the beautiful Rame Peninsula.
Antony village is a small and pleasant village, with a pub and good bus service, there is a nice walk along the river Lyhner to Wacker Quay. Whitsand Bay is 5 mins drive away, also National Trust Antony House; Cawsand/Kingsand, Mount Edgcumbe, Plymouth Royal William Yard, Seaton and Looe.
