Newly renovated and contemporary, The Annex is close to all amenities and attractions with tranquil surroundings, offering a tasteful and peaceful stay on the outskirts of Norwich. Sleeps 4 - king size bed & sofa bed. Open plan bedroom/living/diner. Full kitchen. Separate w.c and shower rooms. Rear garden with rare wood-fired hot tub (option available if hot tub isn't required, please enquire regarding pricing). Modern throughout. Private, secure and idyllic. Parking. What's inside? Secure front entrance door into open plan bedroom/living/dining areas. Sleeps 4 with a king size bed and small double sofa bed. Dining table with seating for 4 people. Adjustable wall-mounted TV. Bedding for pullout bed is stored under the main ottoman bed which is lifted up on the left hand side long edge (closest to the entrance door). Fully equipped kitchen including hob, oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Separate w.c and shower rooms off kitchen. Private rear garden includes seating area and unique wood-fired hot tub (option available if hot tub isn't required, please enquire regarding pricing). House manual is included in property and cold water for the hot tub is available via the metal pipe just next to it. On-site parking available. All immaculately presented and providing a gem of a stay in Norfolk. The Annex is linked with the stunning Moonsticks and can be booked together subject to availability.

Located on the outskirts of Norwich you are just 3.6 miles from the historic city centre which hosts lots of family friendly activities, restaurants, bars and shops. 4.6 miles in the other direction we have the Norfolk Broads, known for its patchwork rivers, boat tours and picturesque walks. Not to forget many sandy beaches to pick from as well as their quaint seaside towns. The Annex is within walking distance of local amenities including food shops, chemists, takeaway restaurants, and easily accessible bus routes.
