A private quirky attic conversion over the garage in the seaside village of Selsey completely separate living to the house . The private guest suite has a shower room and hallway on the ground floor and a studio lounge, kitchen and bedroom area on the first floor (with some restricted head room). A large private garden is also available for our guests, perfect for guests to enjoy the sun and an alfresco dinner or picnic. An outside table and two chairs are also provided in the garden.

We live in the main house so are available to help with any questions.

The beach is a two minute walk away, with plenty of pubs and cafes in the pretty seaside village. Pagham Nature reserve is five minutes away and is a must for walkers and birdwatchers. Chichester, with its array of shops and Cathedral, Bosham and Goodwood are only a twenty minutes’ drive and offer plenty of great days out The local bus stop is a two minute walk which takes you into Chichester. Or two local taxi firms .
