The Babbling Brook Nook consists of a ground-floor room with twin bed and sitting area with Smart TV and kettle. There is a wet room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, and river in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking, e-cigarettes or vapes unless in a permitted area. The Babbling Brook Nook is a fine base for a rural retreat in Devon. Note: There will be no facilities open on site between 24/12/25 - 03/01/26 (swimming pool, launderette). Conservatory shared with Suite 2. Note: Property is level and accessible. Chudleigh is an ancient wool town resting in the Teignbridge District area of Devon, with plenty of history and scenic sights to explore at any time of year. The town has a history dating back to the Saxon times, with many place names from this time still being seen today, as well as historical wonders such as caves at Rock, as well as an Iron Age hillfort overlooking the town.
