The Boathouse is a newly refurbished modern self-contained accommodation featuring a spacious open living area comprising of king bed with luxury linen and towels, dressing table/office desk and small table. We also provide a kettle, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. A small separate bunk bedroom is suitable for children only and recmonded for Under 12s. A modern ensuite shower room. The accommodation comes with WIFI, Netflix, free private off-road parking directly in front of your private entrance.
We live in the neighbouring house and will be available to help our guests as much or as little as required.
Located a stones throw from the seafront in the sought after area of Lee-on-the-Solent, within short walking distance to local shops, restaurants, pubs and amenities. Close proximity to Deadlous, HMS COLLINGWOOD and HMS SULTAN.
