Off grid lochside property with hot tub - no mains electricity. Modern, odourless, composting toilet. Woodburning stove for heating, hot water, cooking. Firewood supplied. Rowing boat for fly fishing with pontoon. No pets. No Under 18s. No Wifi Limited mobile reception. Electricity supplied by small windmill and solar panels. Limited supply - no hairdryer - sorry!

Stunningly located on the banks of Loch na Beinne Moire on the Guisachan Estate, 5 minute drive above the conservation village of Tomich, surrounded by the high moorlands.
