An idyllic beach haven set in the heart of Southern Devon. The Bolt Hole has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 with a superking, king and two single beds. Beautifully presented throughout with a nautical and rustic theme, well maintained and a great location for water-sports, restaurants, waterside dining, and just a few minutes from all local amenities. The property is spacious and perfect all year round with a great sun spot for BBQ's or firing up the wood-burner for a cosy winter's night.

The Bolt Hole is a 5 minute walk to Kingsbridge town centre - a quaint and beautiful seaside town with a variety of independent and boutique style shops. Great coastal fish and chips, ice cream, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance. The estuary is a 2 minute walk where you can launch a stand up paddle board or just enjoy the views. The Crabshell Inn sits perfectly on the estuary with waterside dining and great food, perfect location and again, all walkable within a few minutes from the property. Kingsbridge is also surrounded by idyllic beaches and seaside towns, neighbouring with Bantham, Salcombe and Hope Cove to name a few.
