The Bothy is a modern private annexe to the main house with its own entrance. It provides a comfortable retreat with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with a flat screen TV etc. Upstairs in the bedroom suite there is a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
Outside there is an private and enclosed patio area. The car parking is adjacent to the entrance of the property.
Diana has been hosting both B & B and self catering units for almost 20 years, and enjoys the opportunity of meeting both new people and also the guests that return year after year.
The Bothy is just half a mile from Landrake village and the A38 which makes it easily accessible yet set in the peace and quiet of the countryside.
