The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.
We are usually here on the farm when you come and stay so can attend to your needs, if you have any.
We are in the countryside. The market town of Witney is just two miles away where there are several big supermarkets and restaurants. We also have great local pubs within walking distance of the farm; the Royal Oak at Ramsden and the Lamb at Crawley are nearby.
We are in the Cotswolds and there are so many beautiful villages to visit; Swinbrook on the River Windrush, Burford and beyond. Oxford is about half an hour away, Blenheim Palace and Cornbury Park are close too. Wonderful walks, pubs and outdoors.
Nearest train station to London Paddington is Charlbury; a 15 minute drive from here. The train journey is 1 hour 20 minutes.
