Andy and Jane have been running The Bowden Lodge Guest House in Southport since September 2016. Jane loves welcoming guests and making them feel at home with her warm and friendly hospitality. Coming from a family of Master Bakers, she has a passion for baking and prepares delicious homemade treats for the breakfast bar. Andy has spent over 35 years in horticulture and enjoys sharing his knowledge with guests. During the week, we offer a continental breakfast, but on Saturdays and Sundays, Andy takes to the kitchen to cook up one of his famous Full English Breakfasts—a must-try during your stay!

Situated in a quiet central residential location on Albert Road, the continuation of Southport's famous Lord Steet, you are ideally positioned to enjoy all Southport has to offer, but away from the noise of the town centre. Shops, restaurants, conference,theatre, Promenade, central attractions are within easy walking distance and the golf courses & local wildlife are also only a short drive away or you can use us as a base to explore Liverpool & Manchester, either by regular bus or train service
