We welcome you to this quaint. Quirky characteristic cottage 🏡 which is nested on the golden , sandy bay of newbiggin by the sea on the beautiful Northumberland coast line . Newbiggin is steeped in history and hosts one of the world’s oldest rocket houses & It is close to the heart of Newbiggin by the Sea’s high street and conservation area. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Surrounded by cafes restaurants , bars , galleries, museum & golf course and within 20 metres of the picturesque beach and promenade. The carriage house is furnished throughout to a high standard having been fully renovated by the current owners in 2023 and is inclusive of all mod cons . The cottage has retained some of its historical charm and is decorated throughout to a very high standard These features contrast with the beautiful modern bathroom and kitchen. The Carriage house 🏡 has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people . It boasts comfort and luxury throughout and is pet 🐾 friendly and child friendly offering all the family fun with an abundance of games , books and family utilities . Free Parking is available at the side of the property at all times ..
