This is a 3 bedroomed Townhouse in the shape of a castle! It is over 3 floors, and with arched windows and battlements. There property consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one single, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with eating area, lounge diner, separate large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Large hallway, downstairs W/C, large cupboard for coats and multiple shoe storage, private rear garden and two private parking spaces.

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, the property is within a short walking distance of the Killingworth Shopping centre and leisure centre on the killingworth lake. Access to Newcastle city centre is 6.5 miles by road. Easy access via the X63 bus, which stops at the end of the road takes as little as 22 minutes. The coast is around 7 miles by road.
