The Chase, is a stunning, modern detached holiday home, located in the peaceful, semi-rural village of Dipton. When staying here you and up to 9 friends or family members (plus your dogs, with no limit on number or breed!) can expect peace and quiet, with beautiful views and scenery, whilst enjoying living in comfort and luxury. When holidaying at The Chase you can look forward to curling up in the large, yet cosy living room and dining area. The huge corner sofa makes it a perfect area to relax and unwind playing board games or catching up with a Netflix binge. Maybe you'd like to cook up a storm in the large modern kitchen or unwind in the beautiful garden. The beautiful, tiered and fully enclosed garden, is perfect to unwind in on a sunny day, or star gaze on a clear night. The paved area just outside of the patio doors has an outdoor kitchen area and BBQ, a large dining table and wooden benches, with a beautifully lit arbour and 2 modern rattan rocking chairs. Ideal for outdoor dining, lazing with the family or a few bevvies with friends. The fenced off area just outside of the patio doors is where our impressive hot tub is, with a gorgeous floral wall installed behind it, offering privacy whilst still taking in the views of the garden. The next three tiers are grassed areas, with 2 incredibly comfortable helicopter swings for a lazy garden afternoon. On a sunny day this catches the rays sunrise to sunset!! On the top tier is a beautiful lounge and bar area, covered with beautiful solar lights and an outdoor plug fitted. Our garden is completely fenced off and secure all the way around, making it a perfect safe space for pets and children. The property features 4 beautiful, spacious bedrooms, all complete with flat screen TVs, blackout blinds and furnished with your comfort in mind. We have a projector and projector screen, a karaoke machine, and a darts board available, all of which are free for guests to make the stay as fun and memorable as possible!

Dipton is a quiet and peaceful village, overlooking the stunning Derwentside Valley, but close enough to both Durham and Newcastle City Centre that you can get the best of both worlds. There are beautiful walks just across the road for those wanting a leisurely stroll in the countryside, as well as guests that love hiking. Some of your neighbours during your stay will include Donkeys, Cows, Horses, Pheasants and possibly even some Dear. Only a few minutes walk away you have a selection of restaurants and bars should you wish to stay local. We are located closeby to Beamish, the historic open-air Museum, which is a brilliant family day out! As is Gibside Hall, Jumbo Jungle, Holmside Park, Adventure Valleyand Diggerland (to name a few).
