We live in the adjacent house and are available if needs be but the accommodation is fully self contained.

It is close to the Surrey Hills and near numerous National Trust properties including Hatchlands, Clandon, Polsden Lacey, and Winkworth Arboretum Guildford boasts elegant shops, theatres, cinemas and quality restaurants. The Citys historic heart has a castle and a river. Trains to London Waterloo in 35 minutes from Guildfords main station. London Road station (Guildford) is s short walk away, also providing direct access to central London. There is on site parking
