Entry will be via a front door keypad with your own code. The property has an alarm system linked to a local security firm if you wish to use the alarm for security. One room has a digital safe.
There is private free of charge secure parking for one car. However, owners park at their own risk. We do have 30 day CCTV recording covering the parking area.
There is high speed internet access. The American fridge has on demand ice and cold filtered water. There is a washing machine with built in dryer and a clothes horse if you need to do any washing.

Two bedrooms can be configured for either 2 single beds or a double bed in each. Please advise on your booking. We will assume 2 x doubles and the 2 singles if no information is given. The third bedroom is better with 2 singles but can be converted to 1 x large double if required.
There are two bathrooms both have strong water pressure so showers are vitalising, and the hot water is generated by the boiler on demand so no cold showers plus save heating up a tank of water twice a day.
