We are a family-owned business, with many years experience in the hospitality business. Our owner grew up in businesses in hospitality, property and retail and also owns an award-winning North Indian Cookery school, meal kits & events company, Pure Punjabi, which runs from one half of the building, on set dates by private arrangement and booking only.

We are a small family run events business with rooms to let, perfectly suited to the business traveller looking for a clean warm overnight stay. We are located down a quiet rural street, neighbouring The National Trust Tintinhull gardens, leading to fields and a farm, with ample free on-street parking, right outside the builidng. We offer clean comfortable rooms for professional business travellers in 2 en-suite rooms: One King-bed en-suite garden-facing bedroom One double en-suite street-facing bedrooms. Located in South Somerset, near the West Dorset border, with convenient access only one street away to the A303 and major road links, yet tucked away in a very quiet rural position in the peaceful hamstone village of Tintinhull. Please note, we live onsite and we are not open to the public. There are no meal, restaurant or bar facilities so our en-suite rooms are suitable for guests who need a stop-over for business, or wish to read, work or enjoy peace and quiet. Restaurant facilities are avilable within 5 minutes car drive. We are not able to offer any carer type services for the elderly, and this property is not suitable for the elderly.

We are located in the quiet and peaceful hamstone village of Tintinhull, next to the Tintinhull National Trust gardens . Tintinhull is a pretty hamstone South Somerset village just off the A303 on the West Dorset border, and a perfect stop off on the way to and from Devon and Cornwall, with very easy acess to Fleet Air Arm, Yeovilton, Sherborne & West Dorset. We are 10 minutes from main shops in Yeovil and 20 minutes from Sherborne. There is an excellent coach service direct from Ilchester (9 minutes drive from us), direct to London Hammersmith bus and tube station. Yeovil main train station is about 20 minutes drive, and Pen MIll station about 10/15 minutes drive.
