Situated a few minutes walk from the town and harbour this ground floor apartment is ideally located for exploring Brixham and the surrounding area. A comfortable lounge with smart TV leads you into the bedroom with king size bed and wall mounted TV with Amazon Firestick. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A well equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. Patio garden for guests use with table and chairs. Bed linen and towels provided. Apartment is within easy reach of Goodrington, Paignton, Cockington, Torquay, Dartmouth and Totnes. Brixham has plenty of eateries, shops to browse, boat trips, public tranport links and above all it's a charming fishing harbour.

PLEASE NOTE although the apartment is on the ground floor there are a few steps within the property, 2 steps up to the shower room, 1 step up into the kitchen and 2 steps up out into the patio area. Parking is on the street, you can pull up outside to unload and park on Mount Pleasant Road or you can continue to Mount Road where spaces can usually be found. We are lucky to live in Torbay and hope you enjoy your stay and the area as much as we do. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
