Architect Designed homes for luxury holiday rental is located within Dunecht, to the West of Aberdeen. Located at our farm at Easter Terryvale, the property is surrounded by open countryside. Whilst this rural setting provides an idyllic setting, its located a short drive from all local supermarkets, bars and restaurants and Westhill which is approx 5 mins away. The house is approx 15 to 20 mins from Aberdeen airport by car or taxi and the centre of Aberdeen and Aberdeen railway station is a 30 min drive. Further local shops, local railway station and amenities can be found at Kintore and Inverurie. The house is ideally located for exploring the local countryside by car, with the beautiful landscapes of Strathdon and Deeside a short drive away. the beach at Aberdeen and at Balmedie are all worth a visit. There are several National Trust castles and gardens nearby to explore.

Unique Architect Design Barn style home in rural farm setting. The Den provides modern contemporary accommodation in open countryside. The glazed open plan living space provides large open plan accommodation with modern kitchen, dining area, and seating areas with large flat screen and a wood burner, all within a double height space with fabulous open views. This large open plan space is ideal for family get together and for large groups. The living space leads out onto a private garden with outdoor seating. There is a large master bedroom with ensuite shower room & dressing room, 3 further double bedrooms, a family bathroom, a further shower room & WC. The house has its own private laundry / utility room with washer and dryer. The property has solid French oak floors throughout.

The properties are located in a rural farmland setting in the green belt on the outskirts of Aberdeenshire. This is a quiet idyllic location with no neighbours overlooking the property. Yet the property is located a short drive from the airport and all local amenities can be found a short drive away. The location is a great base for setting off to explore Royal Deeside. Strathdon, and the Cairngorms yet is located a short drive from the North East coastline.
