The Dog House is a small, but perfectly formed, converted holiday cottage in the beautiful town of Mere, Wiltshire. We are located just 5 minutes from the A303.
Enjoy a dog-friendly stay in a one bedroom cottage, together with allocated parking (with EV charger available at a separate pre-paid cost), secure bike storage (available on request), fully enclosed patio with table & chairs, lounge and dining area, kitchen and small shower room.
We (Frankie & Jen Lemen, and Ben the Greyhound) all fell in love with The Dog House the moment we saw it!
We lovingly renovating the property into a cosy, holiday cottage, and kept its former name, the Dog House. It is now truly a place to escape to and relax in, particularly if you have a hound (or a pack of hounds!) in tow...
We love walking, cycling and exploring all the good food & drink that the local area has to offer.
We will be happy to help during your stay, using the contact details provided when booking.
