40 something welsh mum of two with a love of nature and interior design. We live on the site but will ensure your complete privacy and are around if you need anything or have any problems. The key will be left in a key safe for your arrival for you to check in. The Drey, by Blake View holidays, is a brand new space, converted from an old stables. The Drey is so called because of it's "cosy like" space, ideal for two and as a nod to the red squirrels you may see and during your stay. The Drey has a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, an extra large shower and a relaxing living room/dining area to kick back after a day in the fells. There is also a private patio area on to a south facing paddock. There is plenty of wildlife in the local area and often in the garden. We have a resident pheasant, rabbits, squirrels and if your lucky you will see the family of deer that live nearby.

There is a excellent brewery that sells local ales and food only five minutes walk from the property. We are 2 miles from Ennerdale, 9 from Cockermouth and 7 miles from Whitehaven.
