Situated in the picture-perfect conservation village of Bishop Burton, the Garden House is a detached bungalow, completely self-contained, tucked away in the tranquil garden of our house. A real home-from-home for you to enjoy. Our guests keep coming back to us because they love the peace and quiet, the rural location together with the convenience of being close to the bustling market town of Beverley and within easy reach of York, Hull and the Yorkshire coast. Bishop Burton has an excellent local pub, the Altisidora (five minutes walk), a village shop and post office and an excellent bus service with hourly buses to Beverley, Hull and York. Beverley is just three miles away over the picturesque Westwood with a footpath all the way. Beverley racecourse is a 25 minute walk away.
Bishop Burton is widely regarded as a quintessential Yorkshire village. Situated on the very edge of the Yorkshire Wolds with fantastic walking and cycling on our doorstep with no need to drive anywhere, yet also conveniently located on the A1079 to make it very easy to explore the area.
