The Garden Room is a self contained building nestled in the beautiful grounds of the Manor House. An open plan living / bedroom space with kitchenette, WC & shower room. Superking bed with 400 thread count cotton sheets. Floor to ceiling windows on two sides overlook the lawns & woodland. Parking in the adjacent courtyard is private & safe.
Tea & coffee making facilities with fresh milk is included.
We are a retired couple who live in the adjacent Manor House. We love our garden & enjoy meeting our guests.
The Manor House is located on a quiet country lane opposite the charming village church. We’re surrounded by fields but if you jump in the car you’ll be at a local pub, shop or restaurant within 5 mins.
Lots of local walking from the house.
A short walk to Wistow brings you to a lovely lunch spot at the Rural Centre.
Foxton Locks is a short drive away with a lovely pub on the water & walks along the canal. You can hire a canal boat for the day & explore the local waterways.
There is also lots to explore in the vibrant city of Leicester, including the award winning King Richard III Visitor Centre & The National Space Centre.
