As the only guests you will have access to the garden and can enjoy a breakfast of your choice in the main house. Picnic lunch is available on request. Leiston is one mile from the sea and is an ideal base to explore the many attractions of the heritage coast e.g. Thorpeness 1 mile, Aldburgh 3.7 miles, Framlingham Castle 13 miles and Southwold 14 miles.
