richard and emma are both veterinary surgeons and have a busy family they live next door to the garden room and can always help if need be. richard has always lived in the village.

Bathroom has bath overhead shower basin and toilet. outdoor balcony with garden furniture, Downstairs is a shared area with utility washing machine and dryer with lockable shower room toilet and basin, Owners live next door.

8 miles from shrewsbury and church stretton it is situated down a bumpy track . There are 2 pubs within 20 minutes walking distance, and a grocery shop in dorrington, again walkable. Ludlow, attingham park, church stretton, long mynd, cardingmill valley, chirk castle, shrewsbury, river severn and ironbridge are all easy to visit there is so much to do!you are near to wildlife habitats, you may encounter insects, little field mice , or other creatures like bees or are part of the ecosystem ..you may pick any fruit on the trees, please be aware that this is a very rural property on farmland and surrounded by fields and nature, often mother nature is present in and around the property this could include flies, bees, wasps, nesting birds, flies and spiders, we do not use chemicals to remove these so please bear this in mind if you do choose to book as we do not refund for acts of mother nature!! this is a 3 star property, not a five star hotel, there might be imperfections, which we feel are normal features of rural living
