The Garden Room is a lovely bright comfortable area for 2 guests.
There is dedicated parking for 1 car in front of the property.
The kitchen has a half size fridge, microwave, toaster ,kettle and egg cooker . Tea , coffee, sugar will be provided for your stay .
Please note there is no cooker .
There is a dining table/ workstation for 2 overlooking the garden .
There is also a smart TV with a fire stick.
Bedroom is a double bed with under bed storage. Clothes rail , bedside table & lamp . Towels are also provided.
Bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower , toilet , wash basin and towel radiator. Toilet paper and hand wash is provided.
Underfloor heating throughout.
Location
We are located in the trendy area of the Willows .
25 min walk from Torre train station.
10 min walk to local pub & retail park .
Seafront and restaurants are 11min drive away.
6 min drive or 20 min walk to Torquay hospital.
Parking is a designated space at the front of the property.
Very quite area, no noise and easy to access.
