Property information

Easy to get to by buses, trains, tram or car! Only 45min away from/to London Gatwick AirPort by car or 20min from/to London Gatwick Airport train station to our local station ( Easy Croydon Station). London Heathrow is 45min away. Our modern updated 3 bedroom house which will offer everything needed to make your stay comfortable. The Kitchen as just had a complete makeover and now includes a Fridge freezer, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee, cups, plates, bowls, and all utensils you could want! The bathroom has a walk in shower to make it nice and easy to enjoy a shower without the need to worry about access in and out. You'll enjoy the extra touches throughout the house which we have taken time to create a comfortable and relaxing vibe. The Bedrooms are freshly painted and fitted with brand new carpets and blinds. Our beds are of a very high standard with mostly John Lewis mattresses to ensure your stay is as restful and as snug as possible. We can also split the double bed in the main bedroom to make 2 single beds if needed (please request this upon booking). We have even included TV's in 2 of the bedrooms for your upmost entertainment! The Front room has been newly decorated with beautiful comfy sofas which will have you relaxing in no time in front of the satellite TV. The dining room is spacious and bright. Although our property hosts up to 5 people, our dining room can host up to 6, perfect for hosting a dinner. Enjoy the small secure and private garden with your guests knowing that you can enjoy the outside space together. You'll really feel at home at the Grenedine House!!
