The property is situated in a residential area of the city which is in a quiet area but also not too far from the city. This brand new build house has a beautiful open plan downstairs and has plenty of modern features.

It is only a 6 minute drive to the Lincoln Hospital and a 7 minute drive to the Lincoln Cathedral and Castle. Two of the main areas routes are A15 and A46 which is 0.6 miles away from the property. Lincoln is perfect for a City break offering a wealth of great places to eat and drink, rich in history with its Cathedral and Castle and home of the Red Arrows.
