The Hop Kiln at Wall End Farm is a fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom former working Hop kiln set on a farm on the North Herefordshire/South Shropshire border with views over the cider apple orchard. Features such as exposed beams & brickwork have been maintained while carefully chosen modern amenities throughout and underfloor heating on the ground floor create a wonderful atmosphere to ensure you have a lovely relaxing holiday or break. Outside is a large garden with terrace & a fireplace/bbq.
Hello my husband and I live on the family farm in lovely rural surroundings on the borders of North Herefordshire, South Shropshire and Wales.
The two unique and comfortable holiday retreats, The Hop Kiln and The Hayloft, have been beautifully converted to create two comfortable, unique and attractive self-contained properties, sleeping up to six guests. Great care has been taken in the renovation to perfectly blend the traditional exposed beams and brickwork with stylish, modern fixtures. The result creates a comfortable, cosy and enjoyable retreat for our guests.
We are keen tennis players and guests are welcome to use our court. Personal training can also be arranged.
Looking forward to meeting you!
The property is set on a farm, near the owners' farmhouse and together with a smaller cottage are both old farm properties converted to a high standard with unusual features - perfect for walkers, country lovers, golfers, cyclists. Parking outside the property for 4 + cars, the garden is fenced all the way round. Guests can walk to the local village centre where there is a cafe/Cheese making shop and a pub.
