Property info

Your home away from home in the heart of Swaffham. An old coaching inn dating back pre 1800. Expect wonky floors and walls, some rooms have exposed original beams ,some rooms have low doors. Nestled in the charming market town of Swaffham, our guest house offers a peaceful retreat for travellers, families, and professionals alike. Whether you're here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, we aim to provide comfort, cleanliness, and a touch of local warmth

Neighborhood info

It is a peaceful traditional market town, fortunate to have a wonderful community that provides mutual support in every possible way. It is conveniently located, providing easy access to King's Lynn, Dereham, Norwich, and the coast, which is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Our small town boasts a variety of bars and restaurants, and we are also fortunate to have both small independent shops and supermarkets.
