It features high ceilings, larger than average rooms and still has the original Victorian fireplace as a feature in the lounge.
The apartment has its own entrance which is located at the back of the property and has its own terrace and car parking space.
From the entrance you enter a lovely lounge. Here you will find a comfortable 3 seater sofa and a dining table with 2 chairs. There is a 43inch Smart HD TV for your use and of course free wifi.
From the lounge there is a kitchen where you will find a welcome pack to include tea, coffee, milk and sugars. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, utensils and of course the microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, extractor fan and washing machine.
From the lounge there is also a large bathroom with a shower, toilet an sink. We will also leave shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap for your use along with some fresh fluffy towels.
Finally the lovely spacious bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed with duvet and 4 pillows. The bedroom also has a table for dressing table/work desk, a large wardrobe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
I think we can safely say we have tried to make it has homely as possible so you can enjoy your stay.

Basingstoke Train Station is just a 9 minute walk from our property and the bus station is less than 5 minutes walk and the closest airports are Southampton and Heathrow.

This road has both residential and commercial properties and is a quiet location in a conservation area. There are foot paths and street lighting on both sides of the road and only permit holders parking in the street ( hence we have a private car park with access from Goat Lane).
The town centre and loads of restaurants are within a 300 yard walk.
There are some lovely parks in walking distance including Eastrop Park.
The property is located near the Basingstoke Bus station -0.4 miles
The Train station with direct links to London Waterloo - 0.6 miles
Taxi ranks at the bus station and train station so this property is in a very convenient location.
