Property information

The Lily is a newly renovated apartment in the heart of Beeston, a thriving and cosmopolitan suburb of Nottingham. It is owned, designed, and managed by Katrina of Relaxedly Ltd. The entire apartment has been renovated, designed, and furnished to the highest standard to create a home-from-home. The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the bus/tram interchange, train station, numerous supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, and even a cinema! The Lily is conveniently close to Nottingham University, the Boots Park, Nottingham Science Park, Lakeside Arts, Nottingham Hockey & Tennis Centres, QMC and Nottingham City Centre. * You enter The Lily apartment via a private door from the street into a clock room leading to the 1st floor. * At the top of the stairs, in the large dual-aspect living/dining space, there is a comfortable sofa, arm chair, and table for 4, a 45" HD Smart TV and M250 Fibre broadband wi-fi. * This leads into the bright and modern kitchen space, fully equipped with all the crockery and utensils needed to prepare a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, gas hob and electric oven. * The smaller double bedroom with a super-king bed; can be split into two separate 3ft single beds for children or groups. There is a hanging rail, a dressing table with a chair, and two bedside tables with a lamp and drawers for storage under the bed. * There is a private bathroom with a WC, basin, and bath with a shower over it. * At the far end of the kitchen, there is the entrance to the huge dual-aspect second bedroom. This also has a super-king bed, which can be split into two separate 3ft single beds for children or groups. There is a hanging rail, a dressing table/desk with a chair, and two bedside with a lamp and drawers for storage under the bed. *Parking is free on street. The Lily is in the centre of Beeston, making living and travel simple. You can walk to the centre of Beeston, where you will find everything you need. There is also a Co-op supermarket a 2 minute walk away, a Tesco supermarket a 5 minute walk away, and 2 Chinese supermarkets. You do not need a car, as you can walk to the tram/bus interchange and train station. Trains from Beeston go to Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, London, and EMA airport. There is also the option to catch a tram or bus to Nott University, Lakeside, QMC, or Nottingham. The Lily is also only 10 minutes from junction 25 of the M1 motorway if you are driving. Beeston is a very safe community, with many families and students living in the area. There are many things to do and visit locally, Beeston even has it’s own cinema! There are many restaurants, pubs, cafes, and takeaways, offering a huge range of cuisine. There is a farmers market once a week in the town square. If you would like to get outdoors, visit Wollaton Hall & Deer Park, Attenborough Nature Reserve or the Beeston Marina on the banks of the River Trent. Just a 30 minute drive north is the Peak District! If you are coming to Nottingham to watch sports, The Lily is close to both the Forest & City Football Grounds, Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, the National Ice Arena, Nottingham Tennis Centre, Nottingham Hockey Centre, Beeston Fields Golf Course, the National Water Sports Centre, and Derby Velodrome.There are also numerous arts and cultural attractions nearby, such as Lakeside Arts, Nottingham Playhouse, Nottingham Theatre & Concert Hall, Rock City, Nottingham Castle, the MotorPoint Arena and Nottingham Contemporary.
