The Linney is a thoughtfully converted barn nestled within the owner's farmland, in the Devon village of Littleham. All ground floor, it boasts one king-size bed on a raised platform, sleeping two people altogether. The shower room is next door and there is also a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, bike storage and a garden with seating and shared lawn with a barbecue. The Linney offers a relaxing break in a wonderful region for touring Devon and Cornwall. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 100 at this propertyNote: Please note this properties prefered changeover day is Friday during the peak season April-Septermber.

Littleham is positioned in North Devon, with film and gardening clubs, a Methodist chapel and St. Swithun's Church, as well as The Crealock Arms serving real ales and home cooked food.
