Outdoor heated swimming pool with changing facilities (shared with other property on-site, 9am-12pm; afternoons by arrangement with owner, 12m x 6m, depth 1.2m - 2.7m, open daily from 23rd May - 12th Sept 2025, dependent on overnight temperatures in early spring as these may cause delays to initial opening of pool). Tennis court (shared with owners and one other property on-site, from 4th April - 31st Oct 2025, 9am-4pm, Please bring your own rackets and balls). Private parking. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, 150 yards away. The property is set on a working farm. Sorry, no children or infants. The Little House is a great choice for those looking for a quiet break in a historical setting. The cottage with beams and exposed brickwork, has been carefully decorated and furnished with lots of lovely period features to celebrate its heritage.
