A large, comfortable space near the beach and all amenities
I live next door so am available for advice about local activities and venues and for any help needed.
Quiet residential neighbourhood with a park at the top of the road and the beach and promenade at the bottom. Within easy reach of lovely beaches and the Gower. Mumbles is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.
There are paid car parks in mumbles and at the beaches. There's a bus stop at the end of the road. One private parking space available and there is plenty of roadside parking.
Near to the National Pool and the arena.
