Modern, light, airy, city centre, fourth floor apartment with amazing views over the city. 1 bedroom with double bed set in the luxurious and modern Hayes development in the heart of Cardiff City Centre. The apartment is located within a short walking distance of the railway station, Millennium (Principality) Stadium, Cardiff Castle and Motorpoint Arena. There is an array of excellent restaurants and shopping facilities close by. The apartment has a clean, light and has homey feel to it. Views from the two Juliet balconies and the abundant light give the place a very spacious and comfortable feel. The flat has a very warm atmosphere and with the balcony doors open you can hear and watch the hustle and bustle of the thriving city below you. The apartment is comfortably kitted out, features a 47” Samsung Smart TV in the lounge and super fast Fibre Wi-Fi throughout so you can stay connected to loved ones or work if you are straying away on business. The apartment features electric under floor heating in the lounge/kitchen areas, electric heater in the bedroom, modern bathroom with shower/bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is kitted out with Made. com furniture to add a premium and luxurious feel. Guests also have access to the communal roof top garden where you can relax in peace away from the excitement of the high street. Guest access Guests have private access to the whole apartment which is located on the fourth floor of the Hayes, which is accessed via a lift from the high street (entrance is located between the Radley and Reiss shops) or by level 3 of the St David’s car park (by Tree Tops Mini Golf). Elsewhere, Cardiff Bay, previously the world’s largest coal exporting port, is now one of Europe’s biggest waterfront developments, with a wealth of leisure activities and places to eat and drink. For fans of theatre, sport and shopping, there’s plenty to see and do. Even if the weather doesn’t comply with plans, there is always plenty to see and do indoors in and around Cardiff. Getting around Cardiff central bus and train station is less than a 5 minute walk away. There are also an abundance of taxis and Uber also operate in the city.
